TALENTS

The MANAGEMENT ASSOCIATE PROGRAMME (MAP) aims to nurture talent and groom the next generation of leaders. The programmes are delivered mainly through on-the-job-training, peer learning, supervisor’s coaching, cross-functional project collaborations, and field experience. 

In line with governmental scholarship initiatives, the Management Associate Programme is a 2-year programme open to fresh graduates incorporated in Singapore or prestigious global Universities (top 250 of QS or Times Higher Education).   

At CHARLES & KEITH GROUP, we strive to bring a more holistic learning experience for our young talents with the objectives to accelerate growth and strengthening the talent bench that readily supports today’s disruptive nature of business environment. 

Year on year, we welcome young Singaporean raising talent studying overseas or in Singapore.
Over 41 young talents have joined our programme since 2010 and some of our first Scholars are still with us today.
