HERE’S WHAT YOU CAN DO
- Keep materials such as leathers, synthetics, and metal accessories away from direct or excessive exposure to humidity, liquids, heat and sunlight. Exposure to these elements may cause permanent wear and tear.
- Excessive friction and contact with oily substances, such as cosmetics or solvents, may cause damage, colour fading or colour transfer to light-coloured garments and surfaces.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean stains, dust or dirt.
- When not in use, store items in a box or a protective dust bag in a cool, dry place.

Leathers
- Clean faux leather with a soft, damp cloth. Leave it to air dry or remove excess moisture with a soft, dry fabric such as a microfibre cloth.
- Avoid using an abrasive cloth or sponge on your product, and do not rub or scrub it, as it can damage the material and cause cracks.
- Do not dry clean your product as it will cause damage.
- Keep your product away from heat and direct sunlight as long-term exposure can cause cracks.
- When not in use, place your faux leather products separately in a storage box or dust bag. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight, moisture and humidity.
- Clean genuine leather with a horsehair shoe brush or a soft, dry cloth. Be as gentle as you can and clean in repeated circular motions.
- Avoid getting your product wet. In the event that it does, soak up the excess moisture with an absorbent cloth and let it air dry. Do not use any high-heat measures, such as blowing it with a hairdryer, which can damage the material.
- Ensure your hands are clean when handling your product, as genuine leather has a tendency to absorb grease and oil.
- Wrap exposed hardware, such as buckles and zippers, with a piece of tissue paper to keep it from causing imprints or scratches on your leather product.
- When not in use, place your leather products separately in a storage box or dust bag. Store in a cool, dark place away from sunlight, moisture and humidity.
