Responsibilities
Drive Business Development & Planning
- To lead and drive overall performance of the assigned markets
- Identify growth opportunities, elevate brand awareness and increase market share in existing markets
- Develop and manage retail store network and e-commerce channels
- Strategize overall profit and loss, global consistency, organizational excellence and business improvement of the countries/ regions allocated
- Prepare annual development plans and sales target for markets and review business regularly to ensure that markets achieve overall targets
- Work closely within cross-functional teams (including Marketing, VM, Training, Merchandise Planning, Supply Chain, etc) to formulate strategies to drive business growth
Business Analysis
- Maintain all data accuracy in the different operating systems used by headquarters and country businesses (e.g. Point-of-Sale systems, business intelligence tools)
- Create persuasive, meaningful business proposals and performance reports with in-depth data analysis for Management and other stakeholders
Brand & Operations Excellence
- Drive global operations consistency in aligning with the global branding guidelines from HQ (e.g. store fit-out, customer service, VM, marketing and operation standards)
Legal & Finance Matters
- Assist Management with contract negotiations and payment matters
- Ensure partners’ compliance with obligations
Projects & Others
- Work closely with store projects team to ensure timely openings and renovations
- Complete ad-hoc tasks assigned by Management
Requirements
- Business degree or related disciplines
- At least 5 years’ experience in the fashion retail industry, with 2 years of managerial experience
- Proficient in Microsoft Office
- Knowledge in Qliksense is a plus
- Business savvy, excellent planning and organization skills to multi-task in a fast-paced environment with an entrepreneur mindset would be an added advantage
- Analytical with a head for numbers and attention to detail
- Confident, enthusiastic and positive
- Experience in working with cross-functional teams
- Able to travel frequently
