HR Technology & Shared Services Manager
Location: Singapore
Full Time

Job Responsibilities:

  • System Oversight: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
  • Innovation: Identify and implement innovative HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
  • Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data through robust data governance practices.
  • Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
  • Project Management: Lead large-scale HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
  • User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of HR technology by all users.
  • Compliance: Ensure all HR technology practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.

Requirements:

  • Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
  • Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, security, and integrations.
  • Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
  • Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
  • Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.

Preferred Qualifications:

  • Workday certification(s).
  • Experience with other HRIS systems and technologies.
  • Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
