Job Responsibilities:
- System Oversight: Oversee the implementation, configuration, and maintenance of the Workday HRIS system, ensuring it meets organizational needs.
- Innovation: Identify and implement innovative HR technology solutions to improve efficiency and effectiveness.
- Data Management: Ensure the integrity, security, and accuracy of HR data through robust data governance practices.
- Stakeholder Collaboration: Partner with HR, IT, and other business leaders to understand requirements and translate them into effective technology solutions.
- Project Management: Lead large-scale HR technology projects, including system upgrades, new module implementations, and process improvements.
- User Training and Support: Develop and deliver training programs to ensure effective use of HR technology by all users.
- Compliance: Ensure all HR technology practices comply with relevant laws, regulations, and company policies.
Requirements:
- Education: Bachelor’s degree in Human Resources, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field.
- Technical Skills: Extensive knowledge of Workday HCM, including configuration, reporting, security, and integrations.
- Analytical Skills: Strong analytical and problem-solving skills, with the ability to leverage data to drive decisions.
- Communication: Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to influence and engage stakeholders at all levels.
- Project Management: Demonstrated success in managing complex projects and delivering results on time and within budget.
Preferred Qualifications:
- Workday certification(s).
- Experience with other HRIS systems and technologies.
- Knowledge of HR best practices and trends.
